Collaborative Support for High School Students

Through a partnership between DoubleYou Fitness and DoubleYou Housing, we are dedicated to supporting the well-being of high school students by providing them with access to a state-of-the-art gym facility. Recognizing the importance of physical activity for stress relief and overall health, this collaboration allows all high school students to access the gym for up to 1 hour per day during school days (outside of school hours) and up to 2 hours on weekends. This initiative ensures that students have a safe, supportive environment to stay active, manage stress, and foster healthy habits that will benefit them throughout their lives.

In addition to providing high school students with access to our state-of-the-art gym, we are excited to offer them a range of engaging activities during their visits. As part of their daily or weekend gym time, students have the option to not only work out but also join specialized classes designed to enhance their physical and mental well-being.

Karate Classes:
Students can choose to participate in our karate classes, which offer far more than just physical fitness. Karate teaches discipline, self-control, and confidence while improving strength, flexibility, and coordination. This martial art provides a valuable opportunity for students to learn self-defense techniques, develop mental focus, and build resilience—skills that are beneficial both in and out of the classroom.

Bootcamp Classes:
For those looking for a high-energy workout, our bootcamp classes are a perfect choice. These classes are designed to push students to their limits in a supportive, motivating environment, combining cardio, strength training, and endurance exercises. Bootcamp not only boosts physical fitness but also teaches teamwork, perseverance, and goal-setting, helping students build a strong foundation for lifelong health and fitness.
